1. When drinking white tea seeds, it is not advisable to make it too strong. 5 grams of white tea seeds are enough. As the number of infusions increases, the color of the tea soup gradually becomes deep red and the taste becomes mellow.
2. The water temperature should be above 95°C. The first infusion takes about 20 seconds. After filtering, pour the tea soup into the tea pitcher and it can be drunk. For the subsequent infusions, it can be soaked appropriately. Tea seeds have extremely high resistance to multiple infusions. Twenty infusions are no problem. For tea seeds with a certain age, they can be directly boiled.
