Among Wuyi rock teas, there are four very famous teas, namely White Cockscomb, Tie Luo Han (Iron Arhat), Ban Tian Yao (Half-day Demon), and Shui Jin Gui (Water Turtle). These four kinds of teas respectively represent different aromas and flavors of Wuyi rock teas, each having distinct varietal characteristics.

This Golden Water Turtle is roasted with medium-light fire. The aroma is relatively gentle. At the beginning, the Oolong tea aroma is quite obvious, with a slight woody aroma. In the middle, there is a cinnamon aroma similar to that of Rou Gui (Cinnamon bark), mixed with a hint of plum. At the end, there is a faint Wintersweet flower aroma and a sweet and refreshing taste.
