An amazing daily drinker! The flavors are very clearly defined in the initial steeps with really beautiful caramel notes over slight cinnamon/honeycrisp apple aftertaste. The resulting lingering feeling in the mouth is cooling and has the yan yun quality of a good yancha.

Definitely want to keep to flash steeping the first 3-4 infusions as this can oversteep fast (roastier notes rather than the caramel fruit).

This osmanthus tea is delicious! I love it when I am in the mood for something slightly sweet. So good! Also, the rock tea called “spicy”tasty, with a hint of spice at the end of the siP, really nice!
