Water Sprite (Shui xian) is one of the three most famous Wuyi rock teas, the other two being Cinnamon Bark and Big Red Robe. The aroma of Shuixian is different from the other two. When brewed with hot water, it presents a very fresh and clean orchid aroma, with almost no astringency. The taste is similar to the sweetness of fresh mountain spring water, as if walking into a forest with the delicate fragrance of orchids and bamboo leaves... comfortable and natural.
